Once locked, the user cannot withdraw their CYBER
It is NOT possible to pay a penalty to withdraw locked CYBER early.
There are 2 earning possibilities: 1 in BUSD and 1 in CYBER token
Only users who decide to LOCK their CYBER will be able to earn BUSD and CYBER tokens
